Metal Detecting Weekend

August 2018

During the weekend enthusiasts will be looking for artefacts from the American plane which crashed in 1944.  Organised by Carleton Rode History Group and all proceeds to the Church Fund

Rememberance Day & Concert

11th November 2018 at 7.05pm

To mark the centenary of the ending of the 1st World War  Carleton Rode Bell ringers will be joining with over 1000 bellringers nationwide to represent the 1400 bell ringers who died in the conflict.  The church bells were rung in celebration when armistice was declared in 1918, after having been restructed during the four-year war.

This event will be part of our Remembrance Concert taking place on the evening

Carleton Rode “All Saints” Church is part of the 'Long Stratton & The Pilgrim Benefice', made up of Aslacton, Bunwell, Great Moulton,  Long Stratton, Tibenham & Wacton Parishes”.  

 

Our Church has an active and lively congregation with attendances often exceeding  40, during our fortnighly services.   Full details of our services can be found if you click on the link here or select the service tab on the menu bar.
